National Alliance for Accessible

Thank you for your interest in the National Alliance for Accessible Golf and our network of industry experts available to speak at your next event. We pride ourselves on delivering education and resources that can be applied to your organizations as we all work together to ensure the game of golf is a game for all.

Live or virtual, podium or panel, podcasts and more, if we don't have the expert, we'll help you find one!

Areas of focus for our Alliance include, but are not limited to the following:

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and what golf course owners, operators, managers, superintendents and the entire golf course staff should know.
  • Access versus Inclusion. Do you know the difference?
  • Creating welcoming and inclusive environments.
  • Communicating with individuals with disabilities.
  • The therapeutic value of golf.
  • Starting a program at your facility.

The Alliance, with the exception of our Executive Director, is an "all volunteer" organization with representation on our Board from the leading golf associations and organizations in the country, to include the USGA, PGA, LPGA, NGCOA, GCSAA, GCBAA, ASGCA, NCA, CMAA, American Therapeutic Recreation Association (ATRA), and more.

For that reason, unless otherwise indicated, your consideration is appreciated regarding offsetting travel expenses if required.

  • Virtual - Speaker specific if applicable
  • On-Site Event (in-person):
    • Travel expenses to include airfare, lodging, meals and transportation to and from the event.
    • Expenses are negotiable if the speaker resides near the in-person event or personally elects to waive.
    • Some speakers may elect to waive any applicable Speaker Fee or portion in lieu of a donation from your organization to the National Alliance to support our mission.

Please review the following list of speakers and contact Dave Barton, PGA, Executive Director at info@accessgolf.org if your organization is interested in any of these speakers or topics for your next event! We appreciate you considering the Alliance to support the education goals of your organization and events.
